River Hills Resource

River Hills Resources, Inc. (RHR Inc) is a corporation formed in Nevada to serve as a foundation for the development of gold properties. The intent is to develop properties located in North, Central and South America that are smaller in size than those targeted by other mining companies. RHR Inc owns 100 percent of two late stage gold projects that are planned to commence production in 2010. RHR Inc is also evaluating several other gold projects in the Americas and intends to acquire two other prior to seeking to become a public company.

Major players in the gold mining industry have selectively targeted deposits containing over one million contained ounces of gold. This limit is essential for large companies because smaller deposits either do not cover corporate overhead or fail to sufficiently impact the balance sheet of a large company. Likewise, the many smaller capitalized exploration companies must also target deposits of this size because their business objective is to interest larger companies in the deposits. The management of River Hills Resources, Inc. believes that deposits containing less than this artificial limit represent an under utilized resource that can be exploited profitably by limiting corporate overhead, minimizing capital costs by using serviceable used equipment, and careful mine planning and management.

RHR Inc will look for development opportunities in five areas:

1) Deposits previously evaluated by larger companies and judged
     to be too small.

2) Mines shut down for economic reasons during the period of
     low gold prices.

3) Deposits unexplored by others because the potential was judged
     to be too small for corporate objectives or the geologic deposit
     type does not commonly contain reserves of sufficient size.

4) Unexplored projects within favorable geologic environments.

5) Mines operated in the past where the application of modern
     processing technology makes possible the recovery of
     additional gold.
