Mr. Gallon, 59, is a seasoned international business and mining industry executive. He brings to the Board over 30 years of exploration and mining experience. Mr. Gallon is currently the General Manager-Gold for Bateman Engineering, N.V. a technology leader in project engineering and project management serving worldwide the minerals and metals industries.
He was previously Manager Business Development for the Canadian firm SNC Lavalin which is involved in worldwide minerals project evaluation and engineering. Prior to this position, Mr. Gallon has held senior positions in mining and exploration companies, an industrial products company and an international minerals and oil trading company. He has worked in a variety of minerals exploration and mining projects in South America and Africa.
Mr. Gallon is a graduate with Honors from the University of London in Geology. He remains a British citizen, but is a permanent resident of the USA. Mr. Gallon will lead the Board’s planning and performance reviews for RHR Inc.’s exploration and development activities.
Mr. Rosero, 62, a native Ecuadorian, provides RHR Inc. with over thirty years of experience in field exploration and mining evaluation of placer gold and other mineral deposits. Prior to joining RHRInc., he worked extensively in a number of projects within Ecuador evaluating and managing field exploration operations involving placer and hard rock mineral deposits.
He has served as the Director of the Ecuadorian Geological Survey and as the Vice Minister of the Ecuadorian Ministry of Mines. He is a graduate of the Central University of Ecuador with a degree in mining engineering and has completed post-graduate work in mining geology at Leicester University in England.
Mr. Rosero has taught mineralogy and mineral exploration, and he has authored a book entitled “Mineralogenic Zoning of Ecuador”. Mr. Rosero resides in Quito, Ecuador where RHR Inc. has established its Ecuadorian project office.
Mr. Kratovil, 58, brings to River Hills Resources, Inc. significant experience in corporate & investment banking and project finance. Mr. Kratovil was a Director at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York where he was responsible for business plan & corporate operating reviews, negotiating & structuring terms for new business financings, structuring capital market opportunities and advising on corporate restructurings and workouts.
As a Senior Vice President at Credit Suisse, Mr. Kratovil managed the North American Precious Metals Marketing & Trading operations based in New York City and Zurich, Switzerland. Prior to Credit Suisse, he was a Vice President at Chemical Bank (now JP Morgan Chase) in New York.
Mr. Kratovil is currently a Managing Member of KN Associates, LLC, a merchant banking and financial advisory firm located in Greenwich, Connecticut. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia and has completed courses at the Harvard University Executive School and the New York Institute of Finance.
Mr. Ness, 69, provides River Hills Resources, Inc. with background in corporate management, business planning and corporate finance. He graduated from Yale University and holds a law degree from Columbia University. Mr. Ness began his career in private law practice in New York City and became corporate counsel to Dun & Bradstreet Corp. and The Continental Can Company. He left the law practice to enter corporate planning and development at two major businesses before moving to Wall Street as a Managing Director at the Chase Investment Bank. In recent years Mr. Ness has been involved in merchant banking at firms in Connecticut and Boston, Massachusetts. Mr. Ness is currently a Managing Member of KN Associates, L.L.C. in Greenwich, Connecticut.
Ms. Pilon, 40, has served as the chief financial officer for four Toronto Stock Exchange listed companies. Prior to those roles, she served as a controller for Canadian public and private companies. She holds the Certified Management Accountant qualification.
Ms. Pilon graduated from the Universite de Sherbrooke in Quebec. She will manage the financial controls, accounting and reporting for RHR Inc. in coordination with RHR Inc.‘s external accountants who are located in Vancouver, British Columbia. Ms. Pilon resides in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Mr. Suarez, 43, has completed the course of geology at the Central University of Ecuador. He has worked as a junior geologist in different mining companies where he specialized in software applications and distinguished himself in the field in geochemical exploration, camp constructions and topography.
Ms. Kletzien, 46, is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a degree in English, and works as a media/graphics specialist for several non-profit organizations in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
She is a director of The Crystal Lake Crushed Stone Company and serves on the board of Maywood Environmental Park. Ms. Kletzien resides in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
